You can clone a prayer request by opening the actual prayer request, and then you choose edit. Once you are in the "edit" screen of the prayer request, you will see an option called "Clone prayer request," you can click this option and it will ask you to which group you want to clone the prayer request. If you click one of the groups/options, it will clone the prayer request to that group.
