If you are expecting an email invitation from your church but have not received it yet, be sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if it was received there.
The subject line for the email is 'You have received an invitation from Multiply' and the sender email address is 'email@example.com'. Be sure to search for this email:
If you locate this email, simply click on 'Accept the Invitation' and you will be redirected to the Multiply web app where you will log in or click to create a new account.
If you still cannot locate the invitation email, please contact us so we can help troubleshoot and get you connected with your church account.
