The app is designed to automatically update so you should not need to do anything when updates are available.  If for any reason, your app is not updating, you can manually run the update through the app store or google play by selecting the "Multiply App by Word of Life" and clicking on the update button.   If your app needs updating, there will be an "update" option.   If it is up to date, the button will not appear
